Each month the elected Board of Directors of the Homeowner’s Associations hosts a Community Input meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6 pm and a yearend annual meeting takes for budget and planning decisions.
This is a deed-restricted community, so make yourself aware of restrictions.
It is important to note that any changes you wish to make to your property, the landscape or home exterior, must be preapproved in writing by the architectural review committee.
On page two are two paths for registering once you have made a purchase. [If you are a tenant, the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions [CCRs] are published on the home page so you have direct access to the information.]
It is the owner’s responsibility to update the association of any changes in contact information, i.e. new telephone number, new mailing address, name change, etc. to ensure tenants are provided copies of deed restrictions and abide by them. Owners are responsible for the actions of tenants and guests.

- Yes, there are alligators – which are protected by the North Carolina Wildlife Commission. For the most part – You leave them alone, they’ll leave you alone!
